Sonar X1c uppdate ( cumulative )

i Am downloading the latest X1c uppdate and it say : this update is cumulative of all previously released SONAR X1 updates including SONAR X1a, X1b and the QuickFixes.

do this mean that i dont need the other uppdates !, as this uppdate cover all of the previous uppdates !
so i just need the X1c uppdate only.

    ok thank's for the answer, good thing i just need the X1c update. then it saves me some time uppdating.
