Sonar X2 Problems with bouncing clips

Hi everyone! I have this problem with my Sonar X2 - whenever I "bounce to clip," if I try to play the session I get first a dropout, then a huge noise comes and gets louder and louder.  I can turn the audio service off and restart it, but then the problem repeats.  So I have to save and close Sonar, then open it again.

I am on an Core I7 950 with 16Gb RAM and using a Saffire Pro 14.

Any help will be wonderful, thanks.

Hi. Which plugins do you use in the project that does this? It sounds a bit like a feedback loop of some kind to me. Any Reverbs of delay / echo being routed to a noise generator of some sort?
Does this happen in every project?
If it is only in one project, perhaps try to do a save as (to another folder). Then open new version and see if that helps. That is all I had for now.
    All the best.

Thanks Zargg71. I ended up switching to Platinum and that problem is gone so far.
