Sonar X2 Studio and Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface

I connected my Yamaha P-105 Digital Piano to my laptop through a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface to the Sonar X2 Studio DAW.  When I click on 'Tracks' in the X2 and go to 'Selected Track Input Series...' the 'Assign Series of Inputs' dialog pops up.  When I click 'OK' on the dialog box, a 'User Account Control' window pops up asking if I "want this program to make changes on your computer" and I click 'Yes'.  At that point, a window entitled 'Error - Unhandled Exception' pops and warns that 'a fatal error has occurred'.  The exception code is 'c0000005' at address '0000000140B0B3BC:0000000000000065:0000000000000065'.  When X2 crashes a popup dialog says that 'SONARSTD.EXE has stopped working'.
 
Please help.
