Sonar X2 and Gobbler or similar service

It would be nice if the next update to Sonar or next version had a option like using Gobbler or a similar service like they do Soundcloud. My band and I can't get together that often so we practice at home and send each other the MP3 via e mail to work on for next time. It would be nice if there was a service option in Cakewalk so I could just export the project right to a service like Gobbler to trade the project back and forth to work on it and to back it up. It would save me alot of time. Or does someone have a simple way of doing this and I'm just making more work for myself? Thanks
