Sonar X3: Changing project tempo without affecting clips

Hi,
I got this project that as a tempo of 245.
I want to change the tempo to half: 122.5
When I do this, all the clips play at half tempo (has it their were groove clips...but they are not).
How can I change the project tempo without changing their playing speed?
I could always do this before. What has changed?

Thanks
joni

You can change the tempo without the audio changing speed in Sonar so I have to think that your clips do have tempo information embedded. I notice that you refer to your audio as clips so I'm guessing you didn't actually record the audio in the project.

No I did not record the audio.
How can I bypass the tempo embedded in the clips?

I'm not sat in front of Sonar but from memory I'd say selecting the clip and looking at the track inspector (the strip on the left) will have details of the clip in it. You should be able to edit the details to disable stretching. The only downside is what the actual "natural" tempo should be.
The other option is to run at 245 bpm but make 1/16th notes 1/8th etc like a dubstep track.

Right-click on the clip and "Bounce to Clip".
