Sonar X3: MP3 Encoder installation problem

So I purchased the Cakewalk MP3 encoder from their store, and downloaded it, then went through the installation process. But I'm having trouble figuring out what to do from there... When I try to export something as an MP3, it still has the message "The MP3 Encoder must be unlocked before use." This is the same message it displayed before I got the encoder.
 
I'm guessing I installed it wrong, but I'm not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do... I'm using Sonar X3 on Windows 7. Any help would be appreciated!

    Is is possible you purchased the wrong product? This post explains the difference between the two mp3 products sold at the CW store http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3273106
     
    If you purchase the wrong one, contact Cakewalk support and they will get you fixed up.
