Sonar X3 Producer: Drum Track Comping

Hi there,

I'm trying to find a way to comp drum takes that were not recorded into Sonar X3 Producer. I've got the various drum instrument takes imported as take lanes (e.g. Snare > T1 > T2 > etc) which is great, I can comp across that track. My problem is that I can't find a way to comp across the multiple tracks that make up the overall take (Kick/Snare/Overheads/..)

I'm sure I must be missing something really simple but I'm not finding it yet.

Any thoughts, please??

Cheers, Ant

You need to group the clips first.  Select the clips from one take (e.g., snare take 1, kick take 1), right click, and near the bottom of menu of options is "create selection group."  Now any edit to one track of a given take will be applied to all tracks within that take.
