Sonar X3 Producer Trial will not register

Sonar X3 Producer Trial will not register
 
Since the Serial Number and Registration code are both created by Sonar and yet fail I am at a loss to know how to proceed!
 
I just got the code via an e-mail from Sonar and entered it and it fails.
Sonar's registration code to unlock your product is the following
XXXXXXXXXXXX
 
I copy and paste that in and then it says:
 
"INVALID REGISTRATION CODE"
 
Brilliant. Any ideas what I should try next?
 
I am clueless at this point!

    I thought the X3 trial was pulled from circulation when new Sonar was released. There currently is no demo available.
