Sonar X3 and Native Instrument's Kontakt Player 5.

If anyone is familiar with the Kontakt within the Sonar community, I would greatly appreciate a little help with a project I am working on.
In Sonar I have some tracks set up with chords and instruments. Everything is working fine.
I would like to use some of the patterns/riffs from either Strummed acoustic or Sessions horn from NI but with the chords already chosen in Sonar by pasting the content of the Sonar track to a new track in NI and have the pattern chosen from Sessions horn or Strummed acoustic play those chords.
Is this something that is possible or is it wishful thinking on my part?
And if it is possible, how can this be accomplished?
I would greatly, greatly be appreciative for any help, as there are great patterns/riffs in those two instruments that are useful for people like me that are not pro musicians but love to make music and enjoy great sound.
