Sonar X3 fails export when Melodyne used and tempo changed

I used Melodyne (ARA) to pitch correct vocal tracks in Sonar X3e.  Then I changed the tempo of the song from 120bpm to 130bpm, which contains MIDI and audio tracks.  After some fiddling and talking to a Celemony tech, Melodyne is set to follow Sonar's tempo.  But when I export all the tracks to a wav file, the export goes on indefinitely.  When I exported a tiny portion of the song, the export finished, but played as very loud static.  I couldn't find forums or web info that talk about this.  Anyone know what might be causing this?  Is it Sonar or Melodyne?  Thanks.
(PS. - I have over a hundred tracks in this song, many with soft synths.  Is it possible that would cause it?)

Bounce the Melodyne track before exporting. Did you try without "Fast bounce" on?

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

Thanks, Rantaaho.  Looked for fast bounce.  Couldn't find it.  In Sonar or Melodyne?
