I don't think this has anything to do with Sonar X3. More likely, you may have installed Kontakt 5.6.6 and 5.8.0 into other directories than 5.4.3, and not told Plug-in Manager about it. The steps below assume that you have managed to install Kontakt 5.8.0 successfully.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and look up “Native Instruments Kontakt 5” in the list of installed programs. If multiple Kontakt installations exist, locate version 5.8.0 through the Version column. Unless the column Location is already visible, right click on any of the column headers, chose More… and from the list that pops up check Location. After clicking OK you should be able to see exactly where version 5.8.0 has been installed.
Now open up Cakewalk Plug-in Manager, click the Options button and add this directory to the list of scan paths. Close the window and rescan the plug-ins. Hopefully version 5.8.0 will now turn up. If not, you may also have to uninstall older versions and then rescan once again.
