I ALWAYS ALWAYs find it easier to export just audio out of Cake (Sonar) then add the new audio into a video editing app to create a new video.  I have sent thousands of music to pic samples for approval and would not waste my time trying to get a video out of Sonar.  Although I have done it a couple of times successfully.

There are a lot of apps that do this quick and easy, Vegas Home Studio, Quicktime Pro, Windows Movie Maker.  I'll bet that you can find a free one somewhere.

Match the bit depth and rate in the audio export to bit depth and rate mentioned in the Video export.

StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
