Just pretty much when I'm recording a track and mess up on the vocals and have to stop and delete and re-record them after a coupler of times of doing that it just feeezes and end up restarting my computer to open it up again

Hi, and welcome to this forum.
    Is SONAR up to date?
Which version of Windows? 64 or 32 bit?
What kind of processor, RAM and video card?
What kind of Audio Interface / sound card do you have, and which driver mode do you use (Preferences, Audio, Playback and Recording)?
What mixing latency settings are you using (Preferences, Audio, Driver Settings)?
    All the best.

Which driver mode do you use (Preferences, Audio, Playback and Recording)? The preferred one is ASIO.
For recording, you want to come close to 10 ms (roundtrip) latency. Try adjusting the buffer towards that number.
