Sonar automatically changes my sound banks applying when I copy a midi track to an audio f

I copied midi tracks recorded to Instrument tracks but Cakewalk automatically along the way randomly chose presets and interspersed them.  I can see the node of the patch change but can not delete them and I also can't get my preset that I want to bind to the track?  Does anyone else have this issue?  What is causing this I used copy to copy the midi track into the instrument track.
