Sonar changes language after installing plugin

Hi, I hope everyone had a Happy New Year!

I'd like ask if someone have had an issue related to Sonar language, because every time I install a plugin that has language option Sonar changes its own language.
As an example, I use Sonar in Portuguese, but if I update Rapture Session and choose English, Sonar will start up in English too.

Also I'll have to roll back Sonar to choose Portuguese, and then update to have the latest version.

Could I have missed something?

Thanks!

Are you using CCC? Sonar should start in whatever language you set there in the options. No need to reinstall anything to change the language. At least works here for me.

Yes, I'm using CCC. I guess the first time I noticed this was when I installed CA-2A plugin, also in English, which reverted Sonar Professional latest update to English too.

Also when I started using Sonar in portuguese I noticed Sonar Artist (Manchester update) began to startup on Spanish, but it was originally in English.

If you say you installed CA-2A and Rapture Session in English, I guess you have turned "Verbose Install" active in the CCC settings, and those plugins don't have Portuguese. I didn't try this myself, but that may change the overall language settings. But nonetheless, it should be possible to revert it to your favorite languange in the CCC options. Otherwise, there may be some bug, but I never had problems like this, so I can't confirm.

    Ralf, thanks for your replies!

I thought Verbose Install was related to 64 and 32 bits, but as I couldn't install Sonar Professional on both versions I almost forgot to uncheck it. I'll give it a try.

    Best regards

Hi, I'd like to say I made a quick test rolling back and updating CA-2A Early Access with Verbose Install disabled and it seems it worked! Sonar didn't change to English version. : )

    Thanks for the help!
