Sonar crash written in project DNA?? - challenge
Hi, I discovered struggling with another bug of Sonar 'interesting' case. Firstly I thought this bug independent of project but it seems it is different animal. My bad luck this is my basic template so maybe many less crashes when I would have different. I would like ask you for help to confirm its black magic is affecting not only me if you dare ;) I attached link to my old template. It is very simple. Just 1 audio track set with my audio interface. To crash Sonar just is enough to drag and drop from media browser any wav or rx2 file to this track... And bum... The Audio engine has been stopped unexpectedly... https://www.sendspace.com/file/zuzlwx If audio file is however imported to new track there is no crash... I generated few crash reports before I figure out it is related to template but well couldn't even send to them this sample as their site declares: The Internet is BrokenWell at least our little corner of it is. https://www.cakewalk.com/Error?aspxerrorpath=/Support/Contact/Problem-Report-Status/56958Anyway I am not enough lucky they ever fix bugs I experienced and reported :-/ Regards, Piotr

Always up for a challenge, but the service you uploaded your template to requires me to create an account to download it. Sorry, I'm not that curious. Copy it to, say, dropbox and I'll be happy to take a look at it.

Hi, Sorry :( Strange thing I was tested on different browser (not to keep session) and there was blue download button between some of advertisements without any need to sign up. Here is link to hightail as Craig suggested. https://spaces.hightail.com/space/0XjLL I appreciate your help :) Thank you :) Regards, Piotr

Hmm. I tried to do the same with your "Basic-old.cwt", but in my case, everything works fine. No crash.

Hi, Thank you for trying. I am kind of surprised as I have a problem on this template but not on new one freshly created so it doesn't sound as a problem with my environment like OS. On which version of Sonar have you tried it? I am on 2016.09
