Sonar hanging at startup with USB docking station plugged in

Sonar hangs at startup when I have my dual monitor docking station plugged into my laptop.  The docking station is plugged into one laptop USB port along with my Focusrite 18i8 into another laptop USB port.  To get it past this startup screen I have to unplug the docking station and then plug it back again once Sonar is up and running.  Once running everything works smoothly.

I imagine Sonar is getting stuck scanning for audio devices and the docking station confuses it.  In Windows 10 I have my Focusrite as the main recording and playback device and all other audio devices are disabled.  This doesn't happen with my copy of Studio One.  Is there a way to fix this in Sonar?

I was on June's latest platinum release when having this issue but just updated to the second release.  I now can startup Sonar while plugged into my docking station.  Awesome.

    Thank you Sonar.
