Sonar - install Order

What is the install order, including X1a etc?
example: Do you have to install every patch update in order, or can I go from X1a to X1D?

    If you have SONAR Expanded
    X1 Producer > X1c update > X1 Expanded upgrade > X1d (Expanded version) update

    All others install the X1 version the apply update c then d.

    All versions can skip patches a and b.
