Sonar platinum 2015 steam, does not work.

Hello, my sonar platinum 2015, version of steam, stopped working suddenly.
I'm in touch with Steam support, and they seem stuck.
Any ideas?

    What stopped working? Won't load at all, or ?? Guessing it had to be a Windows update. Can you do a re-install of SPlat?

    I get something from the Valve client (Steam),Make a change to your hard drive,
    and it just does not start the program.
