Sonar plug-in dll's -- do they need to start up when Windows boots?

As part of an effort to reduce Win 7's boot time caused by unnecessary programs and services starting up, I used "autoruns" from Microsoft to list everything that starts when Windows boots. In the list, I saw dozens of .dlls that are related to audio plugins and soft synths that are available in Sonar. Some examples: Sonitus plugins, Cakewalk's native plugins such as Cakewalk Pitch Shifter, Cyclone, TSS-1. Autoruns lists the image path as the Cakewalk shared plugins folder. Is it necessary to have these items start at boot time? If I remove them from boot-time start up, will they start up automatically, either when I open Sonar, or when I use the plugins or synth in a Sonar project?

These are most likely DX plugins that would need to startup when Windows starts. I wouldn't worry about them they take only a tiny bit of memory.

I like the autoruns tool though. Thanks for pointing it out.
