Sonar pointing to old hhd path even after reinstall

So I recently go a new hard drive and tried to transfer steam over with sonar to the new hard drive. Once I tried opening steam and opening a new project I got an error saying "The following VST plug-in failed to load d:\program fies\steam\steamapps\common\cakewalk\shared utilities\internal\Console Emulator\Console Emulator Bus_32.dll". This error actually appears twice in a row and I have to click ok twice. I tried uninstalling sonar and steam both twice and reinstalling, but I keep getting this error. I do not know why but it is still pointing to the location of my old hard drive. I would have thought uninstalling and reinstalling would have fixed this. Also when I go to preferences and VST Settings the Scan and Reset buttons are both grayed out, I can't click them no matter what I do.
