Sonar problem reporter closed!???

I'm trying to report a new bug, and get this:

"Cakewalk Problem Report Form

Thanks for visiting and your interest in providing feedback on your Cakewalk product. The Problem Reporter is temporarily closed while we get caught up and improve things a bit - we are anticipating service to be fully restored by April 29, 2011.

Thank you for choosing Cakewalk!"

- My quotation marks.
Hmmm... maybe they took a break? Is the Amazon thing to blame? Do they have "bug fatigue"?
I don't think it is the Amazon problem - the rest of the website is working okay. It is just really odd that Cakewalk
have shut down the problem report section!

Reason for edit - took a long, deep breath, counted to a thousand, had a cup of tea, and wondered why we weren't told in the forum that the problem report section would be closed.

Cakewalk recently had an entire website outage (just a few days ago) and they are probably still trying to get things fixed.

The key word is "temporarily". It's only closed until Friday.

They don't need to see your problem report. Those aren't the crashes they're looking for. You can go about your business. Move along. ;-)

Cakewalk should learn not to put dates on getting things done.   They should have just said soon.
