Sonar support

I have been trying to contact support and they never have any times for phone support. I contact them through emails support and they never respond. I have a delay issue that I can't seem to solve. I've tried  most of the faq's and it hasn't helped.

This is a user forum. We have no way to connect you to Cakewalk Tech support but the problem might be resolved here. Since we don't know exactly what you have tried, a better description of the problem, your hardware especially your audio interface  and its settings would be a good start.

Hi, and welcome to this forum. It would help if you included your specs (SONAR version, Win version, CPU, CPU, Audio Interface etc). See my signature.
Do you have latency during playback or recording?
If you go into Preferences ("P" while SONAR is open), Audio, Playback and Recording. Which driver mode do you use?
And which Mixing Latency do you see in Driver Settings?
The more info you give, the easier it is to help.
    All the best.
