Sonar windows and Windows 10 virtual desktops

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to assign e.g. the track, matrix and console windows to separate virtual desktops? Sonar's editors can be split up easily with two or more monitors but not with the Win 10 virtual desktops. (I used to be able to do this with audio software in Linux but then all the parts were instantiated as separate processes). Anyone any clues about this?

Advice always appreciated!

Best

Gary

No, the virtual desktop only shows processes started in that window. As far as I know there is no way to send windows from one desktop to another.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you can move an app from one desktop to another, but I'm not sure if that app would then work correctly if you then changed desktops. Interesting question, I'm going to try this.
