Sonar workflow videos

I'd love to see some videos of people using Sonar to assemble songs from scratch.

I've watched the ones from Cakewalk, Garrigus, and Groove3, but am looking for something more thorough, showing the end-to-end process.

Of particular interest to me is how people organize their soft synths within Sonar.  How is their default template setup?  How do they route the audio?  How do they separate their recording, mixing, and mastering phases (assuming they do).

Do such end-to-end videos exist?  Which ones are worth watching?

Good idea.. one of the things I've learnt in my 'day' job is that I need to flexible and develop worflow - time can be easily wasted ...

I often get incredibly frustrated at the amount of work needed to find and route a soft synth versus how long it used to take on my Triton (keyboard workstation).

Having a good default template (with lots of soft synths open) would reduce that frustration, but the template we use depends highly on workflow.  That's why I'd like to see other people's workflow ideas, and how that affects the default templates.
