Sonar works speaker Calibration software
Hi, Made a purchase of the sonar works speaker calibration software and for a few days now haven't received a tracking number for my shipment. I think their customer service is terrible as i've been kept in the dark as to information regarding my shipment. They really need to work on that.

I bought their headphone calibration software a few months back and corresponded with them and I thought they were very helpful and responsive. Perhaps they're extremely busy for the holidays? I realize that different people have different experiences though. I hope this gets sorted out and that you receive it soon!

I bought the headphone calibration software and it was instant download then extremely fast email support. Please persevere - the service is amazing

I tried the demo but did not get too much use from it before trial ran out. Seemed pretty subtle, but maybe that is all you really need ? What do you guys think about the headphone vst lug in ? JR

Ok, now I have a non-positive experience with them. Friday - Dec. 18th - ordered mic Friday - Dec. 18th - SonarWorks, (through FB pm) said it should ship out Monday (assuming the 21st) Monday - Dec. 21st - supposed shipping day Thursday - Dec. 24th - asked (through FB pm) if it shipped out Monday - Dec. 28th - still no response if it shipped but the message shows as being read Tuesday - Dec 29th - got email notification that it shipped out, today... Can't help but conclude that they are eager for the sale but not as eager to follow through...

I'm glad it's on the way! I hope you enjoy it as much as I've been enjoying the headphone calibration software. Happy New Year to you!

I've had very positive interactions... both before and after I bought... I think you're being a bit self indulgent if you think all small companies are going to be as responsive over the xmas holidays.. Some are visiting families... they all have lives. chill. they're great folk.

I really love it. I'm stuck mixing in my apartment with headphones and I really find I can hear the mix much better especially in the bottom end.

It's fantastic... I thought my KRK's were already good but this enabled me to get a much better sizzle on the high end. I plan on getting their room calibration system at some point when I have the bucks!

What he said. Meaning I'm in the same boat. Great on headphones. Looking forward to the monitor version at some point.

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.
