Sonar x1 studio and samson gtrack mic help!!

I Have sonar x1 studio and a samson gtrack mic now i am wondering if there is anyway possible i can have my effects and more then one track being monitored while im recording right now i just have to record and monitor myself left empty and add everything else after, and i don't like want to have to do that, i want to be able to put on my headphones talk into the mic and hear how its really supposed to be. Thanks for any help!

    What kind of audio device are you using?
    If you are using a USB mic and your laptop's built in audio you are going to be suffering for a long time!  Great for podcasts, lousy for music!
     
    How many tracks you can hear and the quality are dependant on your audio device and its drivers.
