"You realize its not really the 1980's right" ? 
I'm the kind of person that if I got an invite for a party and to dress for a 1980's Theme, I'd show up and be the only one dressed for an 1890's Theme.... That's a pretty big IF though. I don't get invites to parties.

How about "Note thing" ? What DAW do you use? NOTE THING... And I also I mix that with Note thing.  Beside, the keyword might get top easily on google.

The "lab" part has been kicked around and I think it fits with the present company name .
I'll admit, after all of this time with " Cakewalk Sonar" seeing a new name will take some getting used to.

Interestingly enought, Pro Tools is actually twice renamed (from then-established Sound Designer and then-established Sound Tools) and, as everybody here knows, Sonar used to be establishedly called Cakewalk Pro Audio.
