Sonarpdr.exe problem

So I have folder of about 40 of a song I was working on. Now all a sudden when I try to open any of the files I get a
 
"Sonarpdr.exe has stopped working a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
 
I have read some other posts that a sort of similar, but haven't had any luck. When I open any of the files in safe mode I can only get the file to open when i say yes to loading the first 1-19  plugins but say no to the 20th plugin then i say yes to 21-24 plugins and no to 25th plugin and yes to the remaining roughly 50 plugins. This is the only way I can get the file to open with the majority of the plugins loading. However, it is very strange because when I have the file open I notice the automation is still perfectly intact for each track but it has been all changed to different automation types, changing other random oscillator effects, which obviously changes the sound of tracks. I can also open the file in safemode if i just say no to loading all, but I want that automation!!
 
I am running sonar x3 64 bit and have the z3ta+2 plugin along with dimension pro, session drummer, rapture and another drum plugin. I have 16 gigs of ram. Not sure what other information I should be providing.  
 
Any help would be very appreciated. 
 
 
I can always go back and transfer everything to a new file and start over, but this would save me a couple days of meticulous work.

    Here is what I think is happening. I think that when sonar opens it is trying to open the z3ta+2 plugins (that I orginally had in 32 bit) with the 64 bit version. I notice when I make new files that the z3ta+2 loads the 64 bit version when i insert a synth and I don't remember it being a 64 bit version before. How can I change it back so sonar loads the 32 bit version when I insert a synth. I already tried going to the plugin manager and only checking the 32 bit version in it, but it still only loads the 64 bit version.
