avant-garde digital orchestral sonata for strings and things
 
Ok, time for another of my whacky experimental sonatas. Unlike the last piece, this does conform to classical sonata form. I've written the piece for a string orchestra, gong and timpani, as well as, synths, guitars, drums, vocals and various sonic collages. As always I've done an experimental audio-visual work to accompany the piece, this time, however, and because I've learnt something new...namely iconography - I believe the film painting which accompanies the sonata links together...albeit abstractly.

P.S I don't condone any of the terrorists words, which I've used as samples in piece. And I've tried to treat the material with as much respect as I can due to the sensitive nature of the material.

    I listened to the song 1st without the video and lost interest after about 10 seconds because it really didn't go anywhere, and was pointless and droning.
    But then I listened to it with the video, which definitely adds to it and gives it purpose. The difference is like night and day.
