Sonitus Delay - Can't sync to host or set as tempo based plug in

Hi there.
 
Help appreciated. My sonitus plugins never synch to host tempo. I can set them manualy. I think its because under 'plug in manager ' I cannot select 'plugin properties' to turn tempo based effect on... its greyed out.  It seems to be the same for all Directx audio effects. I'm ok for VST.
 
What am I doing wrong. Any ideas ?

    In what kind of a system are you running them? 32/64 bit, XP, Win7, Win8 ...?
