Sorry For Posting Here re:Feature Request - Bakery Seems Useless?

Any chance we might get some way of selecting the behavior of track vs. lane views?
 
This has been an ongoing sore spot for me...
 
For example:
 
When I fit to screen with a track's lanes exposed, the zoom minimizes the lanes and makes the track view of equal size to other tracks. I then need to re-adjust the individual track height to minimum as I have no need of seeing it and manually enlarge the zoom of the lanes...
 
Once in a while it wouldn't be terrible, but it is more often the case than not. If I have the lanes open I don't usually have much need of seeing this info duplicated on the track's image. For me I'd rather the track image not even be present as it simply complicates my view and selection ability...
 
Turning off the track view completely would be a FABulous option for me! ;-)

Posting FR's here is useless. They will soon get buried and are not be part of the system Cakewalk set up for requests. Even if you think Cakewalk ignores feature request, they for sure are not going to scour this forum for them. But don't let that stop you.

I am hoping to find other users who might also be having issues with this and wish to discuss it.

The Bakery seems a mostly ignored place for this as it seems many such as myself find it difficult to use...
