Sound Card on a Laptop

Hey All,

I need to go travel. I will need to put Sonar on my laptop. How and what kind of sound card do I use for this?

Right now I'm all good to go on my desktop. I use a Mia Midi. Works great. Now I need to be portable and road worthy.

I am going to be doing a fair amount of VO work but I also want to have the full arsenal available; Kontakt, NI, etc.

So I guess I should be asking also about a keyboard to use. What kinds do you have for road work?

Currently my laptop holds an i5 Intel 2520M CPU 64 bit operating sys

Thanks in advance for all your help.

As a relatively inexpensive solution, there is this: http://line6.com/podstudioux2/
Keyboard and audio interface in one. I don't know if it is something like this you are looking for.
