Sound Forge problem

I have SF working as audio editor in Sonar 8.5 32 bit, but when I try it in 64 bit I get a progress bar, then "cannot create process". I'm running everything as admin with full permissions (W7 64 bit), and all registry entries are correct. When I check the event log there's a PCA2, Not Available error for Forge100.exe each time I tried.

Another member has SF 10a working with 8.5 64 bit. I'm on 10c. Have they revised me out of an editor? Any ideas?
