I dislike such things...what a load of rubbish..  a magazine whose clients ARE the industry has a poll out.. .. sorry SLIGHTLY skewed.

when has reason been a TRUE DAW.. can I use my VST instruments / fx in in it ? if you can't then I don't count it as one ( I am a reason user also)

notice there is no "other" listed also.

I'm with you on this.  Polls of this type are amazingly skewed.  But the masses will take to them anyway.

I do think mags are good to a point, just well they also have the same makers being advertising.. it's the same across MANY industries and thats going back years. the games industry is one that I think of.. some UTTER rubbish game gets a good rating.. but it's down to solely how much advertising space the company has bought.

I voted for things I've read about but never used, kind of a feedback loop for all the magazine ads out there. I feel so dirty.

No matter what the polls indicate, you're going to use a product that works best for you & your budget.
