SoundToys Little Plate 5 - FREE TILL NOV 22

SoundToys 5 complete bundle owners. Take a look in your iLok account. They have mysteriously deposited a license for "Little Plate 5" in it. SoundToys about to release their first reverb??

    Looks like it's free for everyone until Nov 22! 190MB download tho....seems kind of large for a reverb.

    Wow so about 27MB for the dll and 83MB for a "license support" app. 

    One of the many things i loathe about anti-piracy measures. It's like tying a boulder to your pebble to prevent theft. Yes, it might work, but you have made that pebble unneccesarily heavy.

    And another 66MB for the 32bit app even though this is a 64bit installer. I believe these are included with all the SoundToys installers. It just stands out when installing one plug-in. EchoBoyJr installers were 180MB. Now if SoundToys would make installing AAX optional....

    Personally I hate it when they don't give you install options. I do not want unnecessary 32-bit and AAX versions installed on my machine.

    Just trying it on a track now. My first complaint: would it have killed them to include a readout for the low cut knob? I tend to dial in my pre-verb HPF at the same cutoff every time, but I don't like having to guesstimate it from a control that has no values.

    Downloaded and installed.  Sounds pretty full, loud, and clean.  No metallic harshness.  For FREE, not a bad deal at all even though it's a one-trick pony.
