Soundfont problem in Sonar 2.2

I've got a problem with Sonar 2.2 which I recently installed on a
IBM Thinkpad. I'm playing soundfonts using livesynthpro and although
the soundfonts play perfectly, I can't open the large page that shows
all the different instrument patches contained in any given soundfont.

When I point a track to livesynthpro I then go to the bank to select
one of the soundfont banks. For example, a soundfont like Personal
copy will show three banks to select from: the first one which begins
with,
0 Personal copy, is the one that won't open to show the patches. The
second bank that begins with 128- personal copy..., and the third that
begins, 256 - personal copy, will both open for patches but the
patches aren't shown by name, just by number. So I'm left with a
situation where I can't quickly pick out a patch I want to hear.
With every different soundfont I have tried it is only the first bank
(that begins with the number 0) which will not open to show the patches.

If anyone is familiar with this problem I will really appreciate
hearing from you.
