Spectrum AIL 499

Ok. So I'm new to this, and started off with a ail 499, but one thing... it doesn't register, or appear in the medi options. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Is there like some sort of program update for it?

    Welcome to the forum.
    It  may appear under Options>Audio or Preferences (depending on which LE version you have) as a USB device.

    Well yea I looked in the preferences, but it doesn't appear in it, maybe I just need a new usb cable.

    Is there anything listed that has USB in it's name? It probably won't say "Spectrum USB Input", more like USB Audio Device.
    Is the keyboard connected and on when you open SONAR?
    Have you run the Wave Profiler with the keyboard connected and on?
