Split a stereo track into 2 mono tracks? (accidentally recorded in stereo mode) *Resolved*

I accidentally recorded the leaad guitar and lead vocal channels on my interface on one track in stereo.

Is there a way of converting it into two mono tracks?

In Track View from the Tracks sub menu, click Bounce to Track(s)

Wow. Never would I have figured that one out on my own.
