Splitting A Stero Track to 2 Seperate Mono Tracks

I have finally gotten around to trying to work in X1.  Is there a manual available yet - and if so where do I get it?  In 8.5 I would go under the edit menu, select bounce to track and select convert to mono to take a single stero track and convert it to two mono tracks.  In X1 when I go to the edit menu I don't see this option.  It's in there somewhere but where?  Thanks in advance for helping with this noon question.

Equipment: Intel E6550 Dual Core, 2.33GHz, 2GB CL4 memory, Window XP Home, Sonar X1, EZ Drummer, M-Audio Omni Studio, Mackie 1402-VLZ, Alpha Track, PCR-500

X1 moved a lot of stuff into a different set of menus. "Bounce to Track" is still there, just in a different spot.

1: Highlight the audio track you want to work with in Track View
2: At the top of Track View (not the top of Sonar) is another menu (View, Options, Tracks, etc... etc...). Choose "Tracks > Bounce to Tracks".

Tip: This 2nd menu changes depending on what you are working on. Usually what you are looking for will be in this area.

    Good luck.

Don't fix it in the mix ... Fix it in the take!

SONAR's Internal help is no different to the Reference manual its just organised differently. So just press F1 with SONAR X1 open.

The beauty of the help file is that its much easier to search than the reference manual.

And the beauty of the manual is that it is much easier to find and read things in context there.

So both have a good purpose.
