Spock! Help me Spock!

What a day. I'm trying to take my 1930's wiring style and advance it to the 1950's.  I'm also trying to build a guitar amp that rocks for studio work. This chassis is only 5" wide and 2" deep and the amp will fit into an airplane overhead compartment. It will run just about any cabinet configuration. 4, 8, 16 ohm through 1 or 2 cabs. Very versatile, and no, this is not an advert or spam. Some people talk about their kids, I talk about my inventions.

I redesigned the EF86 pre-amp without problem but something else is really unhappy and shreaking at me when I turn it on. Too many signals and too many dimensions and too little space. Mebee tomorrow.

Regards, John

EEK!! If I tried working in a space that small I think I'd be burning my own self!! Good luck on figuring out what is up with it!

The space you have will always be exceeded in direct proportion to the amount of stuff you have...Thornton's Postulate.

Asking US for help isn't logical.

Well Craig (ITYRN), it's talk to you guys, or talk to the walls. The walls seldom respond.

The gear isn't al science, there's an art factor as well and I really enjoy the design part. This is what it looks like on the outside:

Stepping away from that type of thing has always served me better than continuing when I have a block.

Tried to find Spock and all they had was this guy. Some kind of hybrid that thinks national health care is logical.
