Staff view Snap problem!

Hello! I have an issue with staff view and I was wondering if someone else has it as well! Well, if I choose a quarter note, I should be placed in 4 measures in a 4beat bar! (1:00,2:00 etc) The problem is that it is placed in every possible position (1:00:120) just like it is a 32th note. I tried a lot of things as instructed but the problem is still there! Did anyone has something like this?!

    Yes, this does seem to be an issue.  I am having same problem.  When a specific note-value is chosen, you have to be careful as to where you place it on the staff, more careful than in previous versions.  The snap does not follow the note value.  Not an unworkable issue, nor a serious one, but a minor annoyance.

    The strange thing is that it started happening recently! I mean it was working just fine until a month ago!
