Staff view layout and title edits for print...how to ?

 
As the subject says or implies, how can I have a better control over layout options, editing title, etc., in the Staff view for preview and printing ? I just cant figure out where I click for these ?
 
As an example, I select the tracks and get them to appear in the Staff view. Now when I go to print preview, the title at the top shows as "Untitled". How do I change the title to whatever I want ?
 
Also, trying to figure out how to have more control over the page layout and size customization, no success yet. I am not right away assuming that it just cant be done in Sonar. I choose to assume that I am probably missing something somewhere which somebody can point out. I sure hope that is the case.

    I have not tested it but there is a Title entry available in the Project > Info screen. My guess is that is the source of the title used in the print out.

    Any leads on how staff view print previews and pages can be customized ?

    I do not own a printer and have never used the staff print feature
