Start Screen option to Open when a Project is closed.

I think this Start Screen feature was deleted after only a month when the new Start Screen was introduced, however, the frustration with this feature was likely related to the long delay in the opening of the Start Screen when the Internet was connected.  Now that the "Internet delay" has been resolved it would be nice to have and option to have the Start Screen open every time I close a Project, or maybe when the last Project has been closed.

    I liked when the start screen opened when closing a project as well.
     
    It would be nice if this was an option in the Preferences, but for now, I assign one of the Custom Module buttons to open the Start Screen.
