Starting a blank preset after selecting a program?

I was just wondering if their was a way to load the blank program after having selected a preset other than starting a new instance of Rapture?

Up top, just to the left of RAPTURE. There's a file folder icon; this first in a cluster of four. Click on it, and choose Initialize Program.
Better still: anything that you've copied to the clipboard (Elements, Insert FX, EGs, LFOs, Stepgens, whole Modulators, etc.) is still available to paste back into the initialized program.

sweet, I thought that was it but I was scared I would overwrite something so I didn't play with it.

I had the same apprehension when I was starting out with some other soft-synths. There's something about the term Initialize that strikes fear in the hearts of men/women. It's almost like begging for an popup that says, "This will cause a total loss of all data. Do you REALLY want to format everything now? Are you absolutely sure?"

Um, well ... I thought that I wanted to. Give me just another minute to hash it over again.

All programs in Rapture are saved as .prog files. Therefore, the only way to overwrite those is to invoke 'Save' or 'Save As...' options. Initialize Program will only revert all parameters in Rapture to default.
