Stem It: create stem from selected tracks/buses

Sort of a "Bounce to tracks" preset:
 
Choose a track/bus, group of tracks/buses, and click "Create Stem"  (("Stem It"))
 
A new track is created/bounced from the selected tracks/buses, with a reasonable name, and info in the note field of what tracks and date created.
 
Then: the selected tracks are given a color marker, and muted
          The color marker is related to the specific preset and date/time used
 
From the preset/event list the tracks/buses can be "unmuted" as a group.
 
This is sort of a "freeze/unfreeze" for the selected tracks.  With indicators, history, and "roll-back."
