Step Sequencer - 1-click row copy and transpose for a user-defined transposition amount

This speeds up workflow by allowing a user to hear if doubling a part through copying the notes for, say, an octave up or down, adds value to the composition. BTW: The placement of the new row would be directly above or below the copied row, depending on whether the transposed notes are chromatically above or below the copied row.
