Step Sequencer Swing/Time results are inconsistent when Saving/Loading patterns - Bug?

OP:
In Kingston, Jamaica, (possibly other) versions of Sonar Platinum, the Swing/Time settings in the Step Sequencer are flaky.
If I load, for example, Session Drummer 3, create a sequence, tweak Swing/Time settings on individual drums, such as kick and snare, save the pattern, save/close Sonar, re-open Sonar, and load my previously saved sequence pattern, the timings are all jacked up. I can't tell if the Swing/Time is bad when first set, or after being saved/loaded. I nearly always have to re-tweak them, as the "saved" settings for these seem to not work correctly next time around or these settings are corrupted when saved. 
 
I have consistently been able to reproduce this nearly every time.

    So far, no contact back from Support online since I submitted my ticket on Wednesday--just the automated response. Is there a general SLA on this type of ticket submission? I'd call in, but I'm not in front of the DAW when they are open.

    Step sequencer has been flaky for a while, since Sonar X2 in my experience. It does handle anything but note data with integrity. I'm going to do some more experimenting with it so I can send a problem report to Cakewalk.

    Since X2? That would be unfortunate. I'm impressed with it, especially because of these two features. I couldn't find where anyone else has reported it. It's all but stalled my song-writing.

    SOLVED: The issue seems to be this.

    1) When you SAVE your Step Sequence pattern after adjusting Swing and Time +/- the settings are saved with the pattern, and the pattern is affected, or adjusted by those settings. On other words, the adjusted pattern is saved along with the knob settings. Think of this as destructive editing.
     
    2) When you LOAD the saved pattern, the already adjusted pattern is loaded..........and so are the Swing and Time +/- knob settings, compounding the adjustments, thereby doubling their effect.
     
    Workaround
    After you load your pattern, expand each row and double-click each knob to default their settings, and the adjusted pattern you saved before sounds (mostly) correct.
