Step Sequencer Timing issues

Got some strange timing going on with the step sequencer and Session Drummer.  Recently do to nothing I am aware of the Step Sequencer adds or deleats partial beat's....seems like at the end of a sequence.
Typically this happens regardless of setup

8 beats   4 steps
