Stereo to Split Mono Degradation???

Hi there,

Question for y'all: if I have stereo files, and I export them to split mono,
is there going to be any kind of signal degradation in Sonar x1?
(I know there is a small degradation when ProTools converts stereo to split mono).

I can't imagine why there would be any degradation.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Only thing I can think of is maybe if you use the dithering option.  I usually make sure that it's set to 'none' when converting stereo to split mono.
